With Scan to BIM Lite, we create a simplified 3D BIM model of your property based on a point cloud scan. This model gives you a clear spatial overview of the building and serves as an ideal starting point for renovation planning, concept design, or architectural discussions.
The model can be viewed in a free viewer, opened in Autodesk Revit, or used to extract basic 2D plans.
This is a fast, affordable way to visualize an existing building in 3D — without the cost of a full technical survey.

The Scan to BIM Lite model contains LOD100 geometry:
Exterior walls
Interior walls
Floors
Ceilings
Roof geometry
Stairs
Door and window openings (*LOD200 windows and doors possible with upcharge)
Output formats contain REVIT, AUTOCAD, IFC, SKETCHUP PRO

They are not suitable for precise measurements, construction drawings, permit submissions, or execution-level design.
If you need a high-accuracy Scan-to-BIM model, we offer advanced modeling services on request.

Price: €2 per m² NFA (net floor area) (excluding VAT)
Example: a 150 m² house = €300 excl. VAT
Minimum project fee of €200 excl. VAT or from 100m² applies.
Pricing is project-based and depends on:
Square meters NFA
* Additional €0,5 per m² (excluding VAT) if basic windows and doors need to be modeled.
Example: a 150m² house but also windows and doors need to be modeled = €375 excl. VAT
Long distance travelling costs can be added but this depends on the location of the property
